Only news items in the categories “Neighborhood Watch” and “Time Sensitive” are sent via Twitter.  Other items of a less critical natures are not sent out.
The GRA Twitter messages are private.  By following these messages, the Twitter service will provide either your cell phone number or Twitter account to the GRA.
