Monday, December 9 was proclaimed “Emma Tibbs Day” in Lexington in honor of the long-time Greenbrier resident. Emma was recognized for her work with the Fayette County Neighborhood Council.
The GRA would  like to thank Emma for her service to our neighborhood.
