A meeting will be held at 1:30 PM on December 13 regarding a zoning change for an  80 acre parcel of land southeast of Greenbrier.  This parcel is part of the Reserve at Walnut Grove development and is commonly called the Hatfield Property.  The proposal would subdivide the property into two 40 acre lots and permit the construction of a single residence on each of the lots.  The meeting will be held in the Council Chamber at 200 East Main Street.
