All GRI dues-paid ladies are invited to our annual spring tea this weekend. Our hostess, Cristie Cerniglia, will be preparing punch , appetizers and other goodies for your enjoyment! Please RSVP to Cristie by calling or texting her at 859-351-9047 ASAP!

Cristie and her family have taken the formerly unremarkable house at 2242 Bahama Road (the corner of Bahama and Bahama) to a showplace you will be delighted to see!

Please don’t delay! Make plans to see the re-model and visit with other neighbors and friends this Sunday, March 8th, from 2-4pm.

Please use the front door or come up the back stairs and go through the door on the rear deck.

The Greenbrier Resident’s Inc. held their 15th Annual Ladies Tea on Sunday, April15th, in the home of Leslie Russ. New neighbors and neighbors who have lived in Greenbrier gathered for a wonderful selection of food, tea and mimosas and conversation. A good time was had by all . Thank you ,Leslie, for such a lovely afternoon!

2018 SPRING MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT

The Spring business meeting of this neighborhood will be held on Monday, April 9th at the home of Sarah and Carl Lee, 1805 Bahama Road.
Drinks and snacks will be offered at 6.30pm; the business meeting will start promptly at 7pm. The evening’s agenda will include remarks by guest speakers Roger Mulvaney, from the LFUCG division of Traffic Engineering, as well as by our district Councilmember Kathy Plomin, and Master Gardener Sarah Lee. Also presented will be our treasurer’s report, new board projects, including our security cameras update, and the ND-1 overlay update, details of which are also posted on this website.
Other announcements will include details of the Greenbrier Ladies Tea, to be held Sunday, April 15th at the home of Andy & Leslie Russ, 2145 Bahama Road, and the date of the spring garage sale to be held on Saturday, April 28th.
Please plan to come and enjoy this informative meeting.

Come join Alice and co-hostess Linda Hunter for tea, snacks, neighborly chats…and hats, hats, hats!
Be sure to wear your frilliest, silliest, most posh spring or derby hat to the Ladies Tea this Sunday, April 3 at the home of Mrs. Alice Honchell.  Prizes will be given to deserving chapeaux!!
